PROCESSING TIME
Orders ship within 2-5 business days (Monday-Friday).

DELIVERY TIME
Delivery time varies by product origin. Each product page shows where it ships from and estimated delivery:

• Products from USA: 5-10 business days
• Products from China: 15-30 business days

Delivery estimates exclude weekends and holidays. You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

ORDER TRACKING
Track your order using the link in your shipping confirmation email. If you don't receive it within 24 hours of shipment, check your spam folder or contact us at contact@tendlly.com.
